Chris Koniditsiotis, Chief Executive Officer
Chris was appointed CEO of TCA in 2005. Chris has successfully established TCA and made operational a number of national telematics programs, including the Intelligent Access Program, the first land-based voluntary, regulatory telematics program in Australia. With more than 30 years’ experience, Chris has held senior executive positions nationally and internationally, in both public and private sector organisations.
Chris has Bachelor and Master’s Degrees in Engineering. He and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and President of the International Society of Weigh-in Motion, and Board Director of Intelligent Transport Systems Australia.
Gavin Hill, General Manager Strategic Development
Gavin joined TCA in 2011. He has a diverse background in the area of road transport regulation and national reform, and addresses public policy needs through the use of telematics and other intelligent technologies. Gavin has managed the implementation of national regulatory and non-regulatory telematics and ITS programs, and led national and state-based reform to deliver public purpose outcomes.
Gavin has an Honours Degree in Economics, and Master’s Degree in Public Administration for the Graduate School of Government at The University of Sydney.
Paul Corkill, General Manager Operations
Paul joined TCA in 2015. Paul is responsible for managing TCA’s operational obligations for the Intelligent Access Program, the Interim On-Board Mass solution and administration of the National Telematics Data Clearing House. Prior to joining TCA, Paul has successfully led the development and administration of a range of licensing and certification schemes through his experience in regulation of the Maritime and Taxi sectors.
Philip Lloyd, General Manager Implementation
Philip joined TCA in 2016, with 25 years of engineering, project, product and business management experience in the Intelligent Transport Systems industry.
Through a series of roles, Philip has been responsible for conceiving and bringing to market solutions and technologies whose core features, architecture and integration provide powerful platforms for delivering customers' business outcomes.
Tony Wells, General Manager Corporate Services
Tony joined TCA in 2007 in the role of Corporate and Human Resource Manager and was later promoted to General Manager Corporate Services, where he utilises extensive skills in commercial, human resource and finance and IT management.
Tony has extensive Senior Management experience in private local and international organisations. He holds affiliations with the Governance Institute of Australia, Australian Institute of Management, Australian Human Resource Institute and Australian Institute of Directors. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, and Diplomas in Management, Accounting and Quality Auditing.
