Position - Manager - Data Insights and Research
Transport Certification Australia (TCA) seeks a Manager - Data Insights and Research to join its growing team.
This is a unique opportunity for a passionate individual, who has a hands-on approach and thrives in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
The position is responsible for the delivery of high quality, timely and effective written reports that meet the expectations of stakeholders. Specifically, you will:
- Coordinate and collate information from a variety of sources
- Analyse and interpret data, while documenting the methodology of data analysis
- Communicate in written and oral form, the insights derived from your analysis, in a compelling manner which can be understood by a wide range of stakeholders
- Manage multiple competing priorities in a changing environment.
Requirements/ Your Background
To be successful in this role, you will have significant experience conducting in-depth research and producing high-quality reports and presentations, preferably in a government or transport environment. You will be able to demonstrate excellent report writing, research and analytical skills, and will have a track record in managing expectations of internal and external stakeholders. You will be adept at presenting complex information in a manner which both informs audiences and creates interest.
