Find an IAP Service Provider

IAP Service Providers are easy to recognise as they are the only suppliers, certified by TCA, that are permitted to display the TCA Certified for IAP Symbol.

Selecting an IAP Service Provider is a business decision, and the transport operator needs to negotiate their IAP service fees with their chosen IAP Service Provider. Once an IAP Service Provider has been chosen, the transport operator must enter into an IAP Service Provider/ Transport Operator Agreement.

It is important to note that fees and any fleet management services will need to be covered by a separate contractual arrangement between the transport operator and the IAP Service Provider.
