MembersTransport Certification Australia Limited (TCA) has a membership which comprises State and Territory road transport and traffic authorities and the Commonwealth Department of Transport and Regional Services in Australia.
The Members established TCA to administer all aspects of the Intelligent Access Program (IAP) and the Members own IAP, having funded and implemented its development.
Control of all legislative, policy and administrative issues relating to IAP remains with the Members, and TCA is as their agent appointed to, in consultation with them, and subject to their direction, attend to those issues on their behalf.
TCA is governed by a Board of Directors from the following Members:
- Department for Transport, Energy and Infrastructure, South Australia;
- Department of Infrastructure, Energy and Resources, Tasmania;
- Department of Main Roads, Queensland;
- Department of Planning and Infrastructure, Northern Territory;
- Department of Territory and Municipal Services, Australian Capital Territory;
- Department of Transport and Regional Services, Australian Government;
- Main Roads, Western Australia;
- Roads and Traffic Authority, New South Wales, and
- Roads Corporation (VicRoads), Victoria.
