Transport Certification Australia Limited (TCA) is a public company established under the Corporations Act  (Commonwealth) and our Constitution provides for nine Members, which comprise the Australian government transport authorities.

TCA has a Board of Directors which is responsible for its overall governance. The Board comprises of a Chairperson and up to nine other Directors. Each Member is entitled to nominate a Director and other than the Chairperson, each Director must be nominated by a Member. The Directors appoint the Chairperson. The Board sets the ValuesPurpose and Strategic Direction of TCA, with the support of the Chief Executive Officer, and oversees operational performance.

The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for the day-to-day management of the TCA.

In addition to meeting our obligations in accordance with the Corporations Act (Commonwealth) we will have a Code of Conduct to assist our people in working within the standards required by our ethics and values.
