Certification
Transport Certification Australia Limited (TCA) undertakes certification of applicants wanting to become IAP Service Providers. Once certified, IAP Service Providers will be able to display the IAP Certification symbol.
To become an IAP Service Provider, applicants need to meet the necessary probity, financial, functional and technical standards of the IAP before being certified and permitted to provide IAP services. IAP Service Providers need not exist solely for the purpose of providing IAP services, but must be independent to transport operators and IAP Auditors.
Audits
IAP Service Providers will undergo on-going reviews and audits by TCA. |
